At Digital Hanshu, all our products are digital in nature. We do not ship any physical goods.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when digital products are delivered after purchase.
1. Nature of Products
All items sold by Digital Hanshu are:
- Digital downloads
- Themes, plugins, templates, or scripts
- Delivered electronically (no physical shipping)
Since these are not physical products, traditional shipping does not apply.
2. Delivery Method
After successful payment:
- Download links or product files are delivered instantly on the website OR
- Sent to your registered email within 5–10 minutes
If you do not receive your files within this time, you may contact us for support.
3. Delivery Issues
You may face delays in delivery due to:
- Incorrect or unreachable email address
- Payment still processing or pending
- Server or technical issues
- Spam/junk email filtering the download email
If you haven’t received the product within 30 minutes, please reach out to us immediately.
4. Failed Deliveries
Digital Hanshu is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Wrong email entered by the customer
- Network problems
- Payment gateway delays
- Customer’s email inbox storage limit
We will, however, resend the product manually upon request.
5. No Physical Shipping
Digital Hanshu does not offer:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Postal delivery
- Courier delivery
- Printed/manual product packages
All deliveries are online only.
6. Download Access
Once the product download link is provided:
- You are responsible for downloading and storing the file safely
- If you lose access, we can re-issue the link if purchase details are verified
- You may request re-downloads within 30 days of purchase
7. Support After Delivery
For digital products, we offer:
- Installation guidelines (if included)
- Basic troubleshooting support
- Help with usage instructions
However, customization or additional features may require extra charges.
