At Digital Hanshu, we aim to provide high-quality digital products and professional services.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.
1. Digital Products (Themes, Plugins, Templates, Scripts)
Since our products are digital and instantly downloadable, we follow a strict No Refund Policy once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Wrong purchase
- Change of mind
- Compatibility issues caused by the client’s hosting/server/CMS
- Lack of technical knowledge
- Failure to install or use the product (support will be provided)
⚠️ Once download access is provided, no cancellation or refund can be processed.
2. Custom Services (Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Custom Coding)
a. Advance Payment
All custom services require an advance or full payment before work begins.
This advance amount is non-refundable.
b. Service Cancellation by Client
If the client decides to cancel after the project has started:
- No refund will be provided for the amount already paid.
- Any pending amount for completed work must still be paid.
c. Delays Caused by Client
No refunds are issued if:
- The client delays providing content, logins, or requirements.
- The project is paused due to the client’s inactivity.
d. SEO, Ads & Marketing Services
Refunds are not possible for:
- SEO services
- Google Ads / Meta Ads campaign setup
- Social media marketing services
- Branding, content writing, or graphic design work
Marketing results depend on multiple factors, so performance-based refunds are not offered.
3. Service Cancellation by Digital Hanshu
We reserve the right to cancel a project under certain conditions, such as:
- Non-cooperative or abusive behavior
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment or repeated late payments
In such rare cases:
- A partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.
- If no work has started, a full refund may be considered.
4. Incorrect Purchase or Duplicate Payment
If you made:
a. Duplicate Payment
A refund will be issued for the duplicate transaction after internal verification.
b. Wrong Product Purchased
Refund may be considered only if:
- The product has not been downloaded, and
- You notify us within 1 hour of purchase
After download access is issued, no refund can be processed.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Processing time: 7–14 business days
- Refund will be returned to the original payment method
Delays may occur due to bank/payment gateway policies.
