• Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, etc.)
• Website Development & Custom Coding
• Themes, Templates & Plugins (Digital Download Products)
• Branding, Logo, and Creative Work
• Maintenance & Technical Support

Service details, pricing, and timelines may vary based on the requirement of each project.

4. Payments & Billing

• All payments must be completed in advance unless agreed otherwise.
• For digital products, no physical shipment is involved.
• We are not responsible for delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect information from the client.
• Taxes, payment gateway fees, or processing charges may apply.
• Failure to make payments on time may lead to project delays, suspension, or cancellation.

5. Digital Products (Themes, Plugins, Files)

• Once purchased, digital products are delivered instantly or via email.
• Due to the nature of digital items, no refunds are provided after download/access.
• You may use the product for personal or business use but may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership.

6. Project Delivery & Revisions

For custom services:

• Project timelines depend on client cooperation and content submission.
• Minor revisions are included as per the agreed contract.
• Additional revisions or new feature requests may incur extra charges.
• Delay in sending required data/content from the client will postpone the delivery date.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All digital products, designs, codes, graphics, and materials provided by Digital Hanshu remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise.
• After full payment, clients receive rights to use their purchased product or service.
• Clients may not resell, copy, or distribute our work without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools or platforms such as:

• Google Analytics
• Google Ads
• Meta Business Suite
• Payment gateways
• Hosting providers

We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Digital Hanshu is not responsible for:

• Loss of profit or revenue
• Website downtime caused by hosting or third-party platforms
• Issues due to client-side changes or misuse
• Results from marketing campaigns (SEO, Ads) as they depend on multiple factors

All services are provided as-is without warranties unless explicitly stated.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Digital products: No refund after purchase.
• Services: Refunds are not provided once work has started.
• If the client cancels the project, any advance amount is non-refundable.
• If Digital Hanshu cancels a service for any reason, a partial refund may be issued based on pending work.

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information, content, login details, and project requirements.
• Ensure they have legal rights to use all content shared with us.
• Not engage in illegal or unethical activities using our services or products.

12. Account & Access Credentials

For website development and marketing services, the client must provide:

• Domain & hosting login
• CMS/admin panel login
• Social media logins (if required)

We are not responsible for issues caused due to incorrect or outdated login credentials.

13. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are delayed
• The client engages in abusive or fraudulent behavior
• The client violates terms or legal guidelines

14. Changes to Terms

Digital Hanshu reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions anytime.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
